Cool off and Self-Exclusion

For some people, gambling websites and apps can generate strong urges to gamble that can be hard to resist. As part of our commitment to Responsible Gambling, CryptoGaming provides multiple options to help restrict your access.

At any time, you are welcome to set a “Cool-Off” period from your account.

If you wish to self-exclude, please contact us at [email protected] ensuring the subject line includes “Self Exclusion”. Alternatively, select 'Self-Exclusion' when sending us a message through the Support Center and follow the instructions provided.

Please ensure you provide your full name, address and email address to identify yourself.

Access to your account will be automatically resumed at the end of your chosen cooling off period unless you contact us at [email protected] and notify us that you do not wish to re-open your account.

In some circumstances, it may be necessary to completely self-exclude yourself for a more extended period ranging from 6 months to indefinitely.

Important! Once self-excluded, you will not be permitted to request access to your account for a minimum period of 6 months, after which you can contact us at [email protected].
